"Involution"and"lying flat"are the symbols of youth subculture,reflecting the complex social mentality of contemporary youth in the period of social transition.The study finds that under the phenomenon of"involution",young people fall into a state of alienation of anxiety and loss of struggle value,which is manifested as passive inter-nalization of competition logic.The phenomenon of"lying flat"reflects the negative response of some young people to the development dilemma,showing the dual characteristics of value nihilism and practice retreat.The interweaving of the two has led to a phased dilution of the young people's fighting spirit.Based on the Marxist concept of prac-tice,the spirit of struggle in the new era reshapes the social mentality of young people through the three dimensions of strengthening ideals and beliefs,stimulating creativity and enterprising,and cultivating perseverance.The study proposes that to solve the phenomenon of"involution"and"lying flat",it is necessary to construct a synergistic mechanism of"education guidance-cultural infiltration-practice cultivation"by strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,the inner main strength of young people should be stimulated,relying on socialist cultural resources with Chinese characteristics to cultivate a positive atmosphere of struggle,deepening the educational function of social practice to strengthen the emotional experience of young people's struggle.This path not only responds to the de-mands of youth development,but also provides a theoretical reference for cultivating the spirit of youth struggle in the new era.
