Suggestions for Property Management to Participate in Community Services for Home-based Elderly Care Based on Necessity Analysis
Community home-based elderly care is becoming the most important mainstream elderly care mode during the aging population period in China.However,there are still problems with community home-based elderly care in practice,such as limited public resources,insufficient participation from market resource,low efficiency in integration and utilization,gaps in the connection and coordination between public and market services,and an incomplete elder-ly care service supply chain.In order to promote the organic connection be-tween public and market-oriented services,promote the optimization of the el-derly care service system,and serve the elderly with equal emphasis on fair-ness and efficiency.This article analyzes the necessity of residential communi-ty property cooperation in providing elderly care services based on the com-monality and differentiation of elderly care needs,combined with the characteris-tics of community and residential community property services,from the perspec-tive of the rationality of the composition of public service subjects.Based on the necessity analysis,the author proposes to promote property enterprises to collaborate with communities to provide universal elderly care services,to bridge the gap in"public resources"with market"public welfare"services and to promote the property collaborat with community to connect with mar-ket,optimizing the supply of resources in the elderly care service market to meet diversified needs;Promoting rational suggestions for property management to optimize the supply chain of elderly care services by providing information to communities and markets,and improve the organic connection of elderly care service supply entities.
