Conceptual Deconstruction and Value Conflicts in Research Integrity
Research integrity is a well-established term.Its broad applicability has certain value but also leads to the uncertainty of its connotation.This essay deconstructs the concept of research integrity from three dimensions in-cluding the researchers,the research and research-related institutions and sys-tems to reveal the ambiguity of research integrity,showing that there is a disparity of different usage that might be a source of confusion and hide value conflicts.It is not conducive to maintaining and promoting the construc-tion of scientific research integrity.Therefore,this essay proposes to establish the internal value and external rules of research integrity to strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity and promote the realization of the goal of great power in science and technology.
