Wang Yangming's exploration of"the theory of body and mind"is ac-companied by the problem of the turn of Gongfu Theory.With the establish-ment of the main idea of mind,Yangming's understanding of the power of the subject continued to deepen.In view of"things are affairs",these"af-fairs"exhibit characteristics of internal transformation and meaning construction,obtaining three dimensions:thought,reality,and spirit.Based on these differ-ent dimensions",the practical actions that people engage in include both intro-spection and the constructing a realistic and orderly value world.In this pro-cess,individuals demonstrate their spirit as subjects through"becoming oneself"and"achieving things",which involves the drowning and recovery of the sub-ject power.In response to the process of enhancing the subject's ability and achieving virtue,Yangming's ideology presents a theoretical approach pro-gresses from"sincerity of thought"to"the investigation of things"to ultimate-ly"the extension of intuitive knowledge".
