Mechanism Obstruction and Adaptation of Soft Law Embedded in Rural Human Settlement Environment Remediation
The improvement of rural living environment is an important part of constructing rural ecological civilization and improving farmers'production and lifestyle.Through the interpretation of relevant national policy documents,it can be seen that rural human settlement environment remediation mainly adopts a governance mechanism based on soft law and with farmers as the main body,and its guiding ideology and action plan show significant soft law characteristics.However,soft law is not only subjected to the theoretical criticism that soft law is not hard and unclear,but also faces the practical problems of uneven distribution of governance resources and simple and rough work style in practice.In order to enhance the capacity and level of rural grassroots governance and create a beautiful,healthy and healthy rural living environment,relevant governaning bodies should adhere to both soft and hard ap-proaches,continuously promote openness,fairness and justice in soft law gover-nance,as well as strengthen diversified supply of soft law governance resourc-es.It is crucial to explore new models and pragmatic approaches embedded within soft law to improve the rural living environment.
