Optimization Path of Urban Community-based Home Care under the Perspective of Active Aging
With the deepening of aging and changing social attitudes,there is an increasing demand for socialized elderly care services.Community-based home care is a model that provides comprehensive elderly care services for older persons living at home within their community.China has made some progress in constructing community-based home care services over the past 20 years;however,there are issues with supply and demand matching,integration of medical care and nursing care,sustainable development,social participation,and facility layout.Drawing on typical experiences from Japan,Nanjing and Guangzhou,and under the perspective of active aging,a series of optimiza-tion strategies are proposed around new concepts of"health,participation,and security",in order to provide a reference for the construction of Chinese ur-ban community-based home care service system.
