Research on the Cultivation Path and Strategy of Community Daycare Service Organizations--A Case Study of Y Community in Shunyi District,Beijing
After the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,finding child-care solutions has become a pressing issue for residents in dual-earner fami-lies,urgently requiring the establishment of a community daycare service organi-zation.Taking the cultivation process of Y community daycare service organiza-tion in Beijing as an example and using the perspective of advantage theo-ry,this paper explores the cultivation path and strategy of community day-care service organizations.The focus of this paper is on integrating profession-al knowledge from social work into each stage of cultivating a community daycare service organization,gradually enhancing the endogenous driving force of community daycare service organizations,and pushing them towards sustain-able and independent development;Its cultivation strategy aims to promote multi-subject interaction in solving community problems by meeting the diverse needs of community residents,building an open organizational structure,continu-ously empowerment of organization members,and appropriately intervening with social workers to improve the ability of community social organizations to par-ticipate in grassroots governance and enhance the efficiency of grassroots gover-nance.
