基于引力势能模型的旅游城市饭店空间布局研究——以桂林主城区为例

A study of spatial distribution of hotels in tourist city based on gravitational potential energy model: take urban area of Guilin as an example

文章借助于汉森的引力势能模型,对桂林主城区饭店的空间布局进行研究。研究表明,随着等级的提高,星级饭店的旅游景区综合出游能力大致逐步提高,其中四星级饭店不符,合总体规律;非星级饭店、三星级饭店和五星级饭店拥有较高的旅游景区综合引力势能,而二星级饭店和四星级饭店拥有较低的旅游景区综合引力势能。
With the help of Hansen' s gravitational potential energy model, this paper makes an analysis of the spatial distri- bution of hotels in main urban area of Guilin. Research shows that comprehensive travel capabilities of star hotels to tourist attrac- tions generally increase with. the level of hotels, of which four - star hotels do not come up to the general regulation; non - star ho- tels, three - star hotels and five - star hotel tourism areas have higher comprehensive gravitational potential energies, while the two -star and fourstar hotel have lower comprehensive gravitational potential energies. Hotels' market positioning, urban rent, land -use policies and urban development factors are the main factors contributing to the above phenomenon.
