The Influence Mechanism of Vocational College Students Learning Engagement on Employment Confidence:Mediation of Specialty Identity
Important connection exists between vocational college students'learning engagement,specialty i-dentity and employment confidence.The mediation path and mechanism of specialty identity were explored in the relationships between learning engagement and employment confidence.It was found that significant medi-ation effect exists,and full mediation shows among female students and students-to-graduate.Therefore,vo-cational colleges should strengthen the education of specialty identity so as to improve students'employment confidence.
