Fusion of Academic and Vocational Skills in Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province Based on the"1+X"Certificates System:A Case of the Cross-Border E-Commerce B2B Data Operation Vocational Skills Level Certificate
The Cross-Border E-Commerce B2B Data Operation Vocational Skills Level Certificate applied by cross-border e-commerce majors were taken as an example to explore the necessity,implementation,effects and existing problems in the fusion of academic and vocational skills in the context of"1+X"certificate sys-tem in Fujian vocational colleges.Several counter measures for better fusion were suggested from the five as-pects of developing teaching resources,improving training conditions,reforming talents development pro-grams,restructuring curriculum systems,upskilling teaching staff,and improving the recognition and replace-ment system of X certificates.
