依据无人机仪器箱盖塑件的结构特点,设计一副简化型两板注射模具.模具分2 次分型打开,1 次顶出打开.第一次分型打开用于螺纹型芯的解锁,第二次分型打开用于塑件从型腔中的脱模,第三次顶出打开用于推板将塑件顶出而完全脱模.模具中设计了一种基于塑-钢螺纹副的主动式脱螺纹机构,能有效防止塑件螺纹脱模时损坏,同时能便于调整螺纹的起始点设置.
Design of Injection Mold for UAV Instrument Case Cover
According to the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of the UAV instrument cover,a sim-plified two-plate injection mold is designed.The mold can be unfolded by 2 parting open and 1 ejecting open respectively.The first part is opened for unlocking the threaded core,the second part is opened for releasing the plastic part from the cavity.Finally,the third part,ejection opening is used to push the plate to eject the plastic part and completely release the mold.It was used to eject the plastic parts with the push plate and completely demould.An active de-threading mechanism based on plastic-steel thread pair was designed in the mold,which can effectively prevent the thread of plastic parts from being damaged when demoulding.At the same time,it is convenient to adjust the starting point setting of the thread.The mold has a good reference value for engineering design.
