The Implementation Mechanism and Optimization of Mastering the Ideological Work Leadership in Higher Education Institutions
Firmly mastering the leadership of ideological work in higher education institutions is the core of their ideological work.The construction of its implementation mechanism includes two aspects:firstly,strengthening the organizational mechanism construction based on the management systems,and secondly,strengthening the propaganda mechanism construction that follows the rules of education.In the construction of organizational mechanisms for mastering the leadership of ideological work in universities,it is necessary to solve the problem of separating Party building and teaching business,while in the construction of propaganda mechanisms,it is necessary to better respond to the challenges of the complex situations in the ideological field,so as to further firmly master the leadership of ideological work in higher education institutions.The pa-per proposed the optimized paths of the implementation mechanism of firmly mastering the ideological work leadership in higher education institutions,namely:focusing on the three platforms of ideological and political classes,public opinion fronts,and extracurricular activities to optimize the propaganda mechanisms;enhan-cing the three forces of educational cohesion,goal attraction,and task-driven motivation to optimize the or-ganizational mechanisms;and strengthening the responsibility of the three roles of the school leadership team,ideological and political teachers,as well as ideological and political counselors to stimulate the momentum for mechanism optimization.
