A Study of the Effect of Self-sacrificing Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior:Mediating Role Based on Perceived Obligation
Based on social exchange theory,this author analyzes the influence mechanism of self-sacrificial leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.The data analysis of 622 employees'questionnaires show that self-sacrificial leadership not only has a direct positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,but also affects employees'organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating role of perceived obligations,and different or-ganizational norm strength will affect the relationship between self-sacrificial leadership and perceived obligations.the stronger the norm strength,the greater the positive impact of self-sacrificial leadership on perceived obliga-tions.
