The Chinese nation has always had a high standard for teachers'professional ethics.In recent years,the concept that professional ethics and competence is the foremost standard for teachers has become increas-ingly popular,and colleges and universities have paid more attention to the construction of teachers'professional ethics and competence.The rich red cultural resources in China provide an effective starting point and practical path for the education of teachers'professional ethics and competence.Being located in the expedition place of the War to Resist United States Aggression and Aid Korea(1950-53),Liaodong University integrated the Spirit of Resisting United States Aggression and Aiding Korea(1950-53)into the education of teachers'professional eth-ics and competence,and has achieved good practical results.
