Connotation of Health Preservation Thought Reflected in Fanyin(反淫)of Han Bamboo Slips in Peking University:Incorporation with Other Excavated Materials
Fanyin(反淫)in Han bamboo slips in Peking University consists of 59 pieces slips and more than 1 200 words.The text of Fanyin(反淫)has the standard question and answer form of Fu style.Combined with relevant materials,the author finds that the content of Fanyin(反淫)reflects the inheritance and concrete facts of health preservation thoughts from the Pre-Qin period to the Han Dynasty.There are 13 things recorded in the Fu,of which 4 are related to food,music,sports,fitness,and circulation of qi and blood.These descriptions can be related to the concept of health preservation of unearthed materials.In the part of taking food in Fany-in(反淫),"diet"and"drinking"are mentioned;in the part of fitness movement,archery,hunting,shooting,boarding and fishing are mentioned.The function of music in health preservation is emphasized in the Fu;besides,it is believed that eating heaven and earth essence can strengthen muscles and bones.The other 9 things in the Fu are not unrelated to health preservation,but lack of cir-cumstantial evidence.
