Spillover Effect of Multi-level Interregional Relationship Mechanism on Global Governance:Also on Interregional Cooperation in Northeast Asia
In order to explore the possibility of new regionalism docking global governance,a multi-level in-ter-regional relationship mechanism spillover theoretical model is built,by which the realistic path of the develop-ment of new regionalism theory and mechanism construction in Northeast Asia is discussed. It is found that although the construction of inter-regional cooperation mechanisms in Northeast Asia has certain positive conditions and rel-evant countries in the region has economic interdependence, the lack of mutual trust in politics and security has led to the long-term existence of structural contradictions between related bilateral relations despite of the overall sta-bility of multilateral relations in the region.Due to the exclusive and competitive regional strategy implemented by Japan and ROK in recent years, the establishment of regional integration cooperation mechanism in Northeast Asia has a long way to go.To this end,Japan and South Korea should work with China to give full play to the bonding role of the China-Japan-ROK tripartite talks mechanism, and connect countries in the region through the Belt and Road Initiative to better inter-regional cooperation and global governance.
