Related Coupling Effect of Supportive Human Resource Practices on Employees'Work Engagement
In order to understand the influence of supportive human resources practice(HRP)on work en-gagement and the role of psychological capital in it,the authors take employees of an enterprise as the research ob-ject,make assumptions on the basis of analyzing the influence mechanism,and conduct research through correla-tion analysis,regression analysis and other methods.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between supportive HRP,psychological capital and work engagement.This research method can effectively analyze the relationship between supportive HRP and work engagement.By exploring the coupling effect between supportive HRP and employees'work engagement,it can provide more specific and effective guidance for organizational man-agement practice.In the process of human resource management,organizational managers can effectively identify important HRP and put it into practice,so that employees'work enthusiasm can be improved,so as to improve the level of employees'work engagement and promote the effectiveness of the whole team or organization.
