摘要
为提升高校基层党支部的组织力,适应新时代党的基层组织建设需要,对新时代基层党组织组织力建设的理论基础及影响组织力的因素进行分析,全面总结新时代高校基层党支部建设取得的普遍性成绩的同时发现,高校在基层党支部建设过程中存在基层党支部服务学校大局意识较弱、党建对思想政治教育的引领性不强、党员教育管理水平不高、政治生活制度落实不到位、党支部组织生活内容和形式单一等问题.为此,高校应从愿景建设、党团共建、思想建设、制度建设、载体建设五个方面加强基层党支部建设,并不断在实践中探索完善.
Abstract
In order to improve the organizational strength of the grass-roots party branches in colleges and u-niversities and meet the needs of the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in the new era,the author analyzes the theoretical basis of the construction of the organizational strength of the grass-roots party organizations in the new era and the factors affecting the organizational strength.It is found that while the construction of the grass-roots party branches in colleges and universities has achieved results,there are some problems,such as weak awareness of serving the overall situation of the college or university,weak guidance of party building to ideo-logical and political education,low level of education and management of party members,inadequate implementa-tion of political life system,and single content and form of party branch organization life.Therefore,from the as-pects of vision construction,party building,ideological construction,system construction and carrier construction,the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party branches in colleges and universities.
