The great founding spirit is the source of the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China,and also the spiritual power of the Party to lead the people to unite,struggle and keep the innovation.College party members are an important subject for colleges and universities to carry forward the great founding spirit of the Party in the new era.In order to improve the quality and ability of party members in colleges and universities in the new era,promote the development of higher education,improve the quality of personnel training,and strengthen the construction of the Party,the author analyzes the unique significance of college party members to carry forward the CPC founding spirit from the perspective of value implication.In order to solve the problems existing in the practice of carrying forward this founding spirit,the author suggests that we should give full play to the role of overall mech-anism design and implementation evaluation,the role of"two classrooms"combination and integration,the role of collaborative education of resources inside and outside the school,and the role of subject and object transformation,so as to realize the normalization and institutionalization of carrying out the Party's founding spirit of college party members.
