摘要
高职院校的心理健康教育对学生的自我认识、自我体验和自我管理等自我意识的培养具有显著影响.研究发现,当前高职院校心理健康教育存在教师对学生自我意识培养不够重视、教学方法陈旧、家庭教育作用发挥不充分、家校合作不深入等问题,为此,要加强师资队伍建设、创新教学方法、深化家校合作、开展社团活动.
Abstract
Mental health education in higher vocational colleges has a significant impact on the cultivation of students'self-awareness,self-experience and self-management.It is found that there are some problems in the current mental health education in higher vocational colleges,such as teachers'insufficient attention to the cultiva-tion of students'self-consciousness,outdated teaching methods,ineffective family education,and inadequate home-school cooperation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,innovate teaching methods,deepen home-school cooperation,and carry out community activities.
