On the Examination to the Equity and Justice in International Law from the View of the Common Values of Humanity
Peace,development,equity,justice,democracy and liberty are the common values of humanity.The common values of humanity make the theoretical base of the doctrine of shared community of mankind richer and stronger,and supply the value orientation and ultimate goal for the promotion of international rule of law,development and study of international law.The international rule of law has highlighted the value orientation of equity and justice and embodied the principles of philosophy of international law in the development course of mankind community.The equity and justice as the institutional basis of international law run through the system and structure of the whole international law.The purpose of equity is to realize the justice which includes corrective,distributive and supplementary justices.The equity and justice which are the core concepts of common values of humanity are regarded as the gold criterion to measure the international rule of law in international legal systems and international judicial practices.
