The contemporary value of the legal construction of rural ecological civilization is conducive to the implementation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the comprehensive promotion of t he rural revitalization strategy,and the solid realization of the goal of common prosperity.In practice,the legal construction of rural ecological civilization is faced with such realistic challenges as imperfect legislation,lax law enforcement,insufficient awareness of the subject's rule of law and an imperfect supervision system.Therefore,China should improve the legal legislation of rural ecological civilization,strengthen the law enforcement in the construction of rural ecological civilization,enhance the legal consciousness of the relevant subjects of the construction of rural ecological civilization and improve the legal supervision system of rural ecological civilization to promote the construction of rural ecological civilization.
