Peace,development,equity,justice,democracy and liberty are the common values of humanity.The common values of humanity keep enriching and consolidating the theoretical base of the doctrine of shared community of mankind,and supply the value orientation and ultimate goal for promoting the development and research of the international rule of law and the international law.Equity and justice are the core of the common values of humanity and the institutional basis of the international law.In the development course of mankind community,the international rule of law has increasingly highlighted the value orientation of equity and justice and embodied the principles of philosophy of the international law.The equity and justice run through the system and structure of the international law.The purpose of equity is to realize the justice including corrective justice,distributive justice and supplementary justice.As for the international legal systems and international judicial practices,The equity and justice are regarded as the gold criterion to measure the international rule of law.
