Research on Practical Path to University Culture Building from the Perspective of"Double First-Class"Initiative
The construction of"Double First-Class"is a major national strategy,made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the new era,with an aim to promote the connotative development of higher education,to improve the quality of higher education,to enhance the core competitiveness of the country,and to build a strong country of education.The transmission and innovation of excellent Chinese culture,as one of the five major tasks of the"Double First-Class"construction,have been included in the"Double First-Class"Initiative,which demonstrates the cultural mission shouldered by the universities.From the perspective of important dimensions of"Double First-Class"Initiative,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between university culture and university function on the basis of deeply grasping the law of university culture building,to explore the practical measures to promote cultural innovation and cultural development in universities with Chinese characteristics,and to provide references and suggestions for promoting the new round of"Double First-Class"construction and accelerating the building of a strong country both in education and culture.
