Developing New Quality Productive Forces to Promote High-quality Development and Sustainable Revitalization in Northeast China
From the perspective of promoting new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast in the new era and new journey,this paper systematically sorts out many important systematic speeches and instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the revitalization of the Northeast during his 10 visits to the Northeast for investigation and research and 3 symposiums on the revitalization of the Northeast since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.From the aspects of firmly grasping the important mission of the Northeast in safeguarding the country's"five major security",firmly grasping the primary task of high-quality development and the strategic task of building a new development pattern,and firmly grasping the strategic positioning of the Northeast in the overall national development,this paper carefully summarizes the"Northeast practice"of accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces and enhancing new development momentum,and analyzes and discusses the promotion of high-quality development and sustainable revitalization of the Northeast by virtue of new quality productive forces.
