The development of new quality productive forces is an important foundation for the realization of Chinese-style modernization.The traditional financial model with typical"head effect"characteristics cannot meet the needs of the development of new quality productive forces.It is urgent to promote the transformation of traditional productivity to advanced productivity setting technological breakthroughs as the core with supply chain finance.On the basis of clarifying the theoretical connotation of supply chain finance and new quality productive forces,this paper finds that supply chain finance can empower the development of new quality productive forces from four aspects,innovation promotion,achievement transformation,green transformation and service upgrading.However,at the same time,supply chain finance still faces such realistic predicaments as lack of risk prevention,limited management effect,technical bottleneck restriction and insufficient talent supply in the practice of empowering new quality productive forces.Therefore,the development of new quality productive forces should be promoted by enhancing the risk management of supply chain finance,strengthening t he financial integration capacity of core enterprises in supply chain,giving full play to the"green development promotion"effect of supply chain finance and developing high-quality workforce of supply chain finance.
