Strengthening the legal protection of human rights in criminal cases is the basic work to enhance the protection efficiency of human rights in our country.The content of human rights protection in criminal law should be determined by its fundamental task of punishing crimes and protecting people.At present,the fundamental problems in the study of human rights protection from the perspective of criminal law lie in the lack of integrated understanding and investigation inside criminal law,and the lack of coordination and linkage with other departments of criminal law outside.Using the thinking concept and operation method of criminal integration,starting from the internal and external relations of criminal law,we can not only realize the internal and external coordination of criminal law operation,but also solve the conflict in the process of human rights protection in criminal law.
