The Growth Mechanism and Cultivation Strategy of Youth Top Talents in Liaoning Universities
Young top talents in universities are outstanding talents under 45 years old who have outstanding achievements in teaching,scientific research and other aspects,and have strong professional foundation,innovation ability,technical level and development potential.They have a strategic supporting role for the high-quality development of education and the construction of first-class majors and disciplines in universities in Liaoning province.Based on the attraction,cultivation and evaluation of young top talents,this article discusses the following issues in universities in Liaoning province.The stock of young top talents is insufficient,the organizational climate needs to be improved,the cultivation mechanism needs to be optimized,the evaluation system needs to be reformed,and the incentive policies needs to be coordinated.Accordingly,it proposes the following suggestions for universities in Liaoning province to optimize the growth and cultivation of young top-notch talents,including creating a conducive workplace climate,strengthening continuous cultivation,reforming the evaluation mechanism,strengthening flexible management,and enhancing the synergy of incentive policies.
