How Does Intelligent Transformation of Manufacturing Industry Enhance the Resilience of Industrial Chain
Enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain and promoting the security and stability of the industrial chain is an important proposition for China under the current severe and complex international situation.Driven by the reality of the digital-intelligence economy,intelligent transformation of industries will become an important opportunity and a powerful starting point for the improvement of the resilience of the industrial chain.In this paper,the resilience of the industrial chain is scientifically defined,and the measurement system and quantitative measurement of the resilience of the manufacturing industry chain are constructed from three indicators:resistance ability,reconstruction ability and sustainable development ability.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the relationship between manufacturing intelligent transformation and industry chain resilience is empirically tested.The results show that:the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry can promote the improvement of the resilience level of manufacturing industry chain.With the deepening of intelligent investment and application,the resilience level of manufacturing industry chain shows a trend of first decline and then increase;The intelligent investment of manufacturing industry enhances the synergy and correlation between upstream and downstream,optimizes the industrial structure,enhances the efficiency of technological innovation of industries,and improves the resilience of the industrial chain.At the same time,the level of regional industrial agglomeration,marketization,and degree of openness to the world all have a moderating effect on the relationship between the two.The research conclusion provides policy revelation for the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry,the improvement of the resilience level of the industrial chain and the achievement of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
