摘要

针对深部巷道可缩性U型钢拱架易在卡缆节点处产生破坏的问题,以U29 型钢拱架卡缆节点为研究对象,建立承载力二次预紧提升率评价指标,通过室内试验和数值试验对影响卡缆节点承载力的初始扭矩、搭接长度和二次预紧等因素进行研究.试验结果表明:初始扭矩和搭接长度是影响拱架节点承载能力的主要因素;同时对节点施加二次预紧,能够有效提高拱架节点的承载能力,当初始预紧扭矩为 150 N·m、搭接长度为 500 mm时,二次预紧后承载力可提高 35.30%;当初始扭矩大于 160 N·m时,二次预紧的提升效果将不再明显;搭接长度小于 400 mm时,试件在受力后期会因变形过大无法起到有效约束作用.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the yielding U-shaped steel arch is easy to cause damage at the cable joint in deep roadway,the U29 steel arch cable joint is taken as the research object,and the evaluation index of the secondary preload lifting rate of the bearing capacity is established.The factors affecting the bearing capacity of the cable joint,such as initial torque,lap length and secondary preload,are studied through laboratory tests and numerical tests.The test results show that the initial torque and lap length are the main factors affecting the bearing capacity of arch joints.When the initial preload torque is 150 N·m and the lap length is 500 mm,the bearing capacity of the joint can be increased by 35.30%.When the initial torque is greater than 160 N·m,the lifting effect of the secondary preload will no longer be obvious;When the length of the lap joint is less than 400 mm,the specimen can not play an effective restraint role due to excessive deformation in the later stage of stress.
