摘要

针对注浆材料性能较差的问题,制备高性能改性超细水泥基注浆材料.为探究改性超细水泥基注浆材料在裂隙中的扩散规律,以光滑平板裂隙和注浆材料为研究对象,建立静水条件下的二维对称模型和动水条件下的三维裂隙平板模型并开展数值模拟,推导浆液扩散方程,分析不同注浆速率下浆液在裂隙中流动的扩散峰面及压力场变化规律.研究结果表明:在静水条件下,随着扩散距离的增大,浆液压力损失逐渐增大;在动水条件下,浆液压力损失与浆液黏度成正相关关系,与扩散距离成二次函数关系,与时间、屈服应力和裂隙开度成负相关关系;水头压力不变时,注浆速率越大,浆液扩散半径越大,压力场越大,注浆封堵效果越好;浆液压强衰减的幅度在顺水方向变化最大,在逆水方向变化最小.研究结果为现场注浆施工工艺提供理论参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of poor performance of grouting materials,high-performance modified ultrafine cement-based grouting materials were prepared.In order to explore the diffusion law of modified ultrafine cement-based grouting materials in cracks,a two-dimensional symmetric model under static water conditions and a three-dimensional crack plate model under dynamic water conditions were established and numerically simulated with smooth plate cracks and grouting materials as research objects.The slurry diffusion equation was derived,and the diffusion peak surface and pressure field variation law of slurry flow in cracks under different grouting rates were analyzed.The results show that under the condition of still water,the slurry pressure loss increases with the increase of diffusion distance.Under the condition of dynamic water,the slurry pressure loss is positively correlated with the slurry viscosity,quadratic function relationship with the diffusion distance,and negatively correlated with time,yield stress and fracture opening.When the water head pressure is constant,the greater the grouting rate,the greater the slurry diffusion radius,the greater the pressure field,the better the grouting plugging effect;the amplitude of the pressure attenuation of the slurry changes the most in the direction of the water and the least in the direction of the water.The research results provide a theoretical reference for on-site grouting construction technology.
