摘要

结合京哈高速沈山改扩建工程钢混组合梁桥顶推施工监控项目,对钢混组合梁桥顶推施工工艺、施工监控结构计算、应力及挠度监控等技术进行分析.为避免影响桥下车辆正常通行,该项目跨线钢混组合梁采用了步履式顶推法施工工艺.通过施工监控仿真模拟,监测顶推过程中的变形、应变,基于采集数据修正设计、施工参数,最终达到预期设计目标.监控实施过程中,所有应变监测点均为实时监测,并采用无线数据采集箱进行自动化收集,提高了监控的效率和准确性.

Abstract

In combination with the monitoring project of the incremental launching construction for the steel-concrete composite girder bridge of the Shenshan reconstruction and expansion project of the Beijing-Harbin expressway,the construction technology,construction monitoring structure calculation,stress and deflection monitoring and other technologies of the incremental launching construction for the steel-concrete composite girder bridge are analyzed.In order not to affect the normal traffic of vehicles under the bridge,the cross-line steel-concrete composite girder of the project adopts the construction technology with the walking-style incremental launching method.The deformation and strain during the incremental launching are monitored through the analogue simulation of construction monitoring,and the design and construction parameters are corrected based on the collecting data,and the expected design goals are finally achieved.In the process of monitoring and implementation,all strain monitoring points are monitored in real time,and the automatic collection is carried out by using the wireless data collecting box,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring.
