沥青路面就地热再生施工过程关键控制因素研究

为总结就地热再生沥青混合料应用中的常见问题,通过山西苛临高速公路就地热再生施工过程跟踪检测,得出施工过程中影响路面质量的两个关键因素,即再生混合料施工温度不稳定和旧混合料中粗集料存在压碎现象.文章确定了旧改性沥青路面路表面加热温度≤200℃、翻松裸露面温度≥100℃、再生沥青混合料摊铺温度介于140~160℃的温度控制范围,该技术要求可为就地热再生沥青混合料的施工及管理提供一定参考.
Research on the Key Control Factors of In-situ Thermal Recycling Construction Process of Asphalt Pavement
In order to summarize the common problems in the application of in-situ thermal recycling asphalt mixture,two key factors affecting the pavement quality during the construction are obtained through the tracking and detection of the in-situ thermal recycling construction process of Kelin expressway in Shanxi,namely,the unstable construction temperature of the recycled mixture and the crushing phenomenon of coarse aggregate in the old mixture.The temperature control range is determined,such as the heating temperature of the old modified asphalt pavement surface is≤200℃,the temperature of the plow-up exposed surface is≥100℃,and the paving temperature of the recycled asphalt mixture is between 140~160℃.The technical requirements can provide some reference for the construction and management of the in-situ thermal recycling asphalt mixture.
