In order to summarize the common problems in the application of in-situ thermal recycling asphalt mixture,two key factors affecting the pavement quality during the construction are obtained through the tracking and detection of the in-situ thermal recycling construction process of Kelin expressway in Shanxi,namely,the unstable construction temperature of the recycled mixture and the crushing phenomenon of coarse aggregate in the old mixture.The temperature control range is determined,such as the heating temperature of the old modified asphalt pavement surface is≤200℃,the temperature of the plow-up exposed surface is≥100℃,and the paving temperature of the recycled asphalt mixture is between 140～160℃.The technical requirements can provide some reference for the construction and management of the in-situ thermal recycling asphalt mixture.
