减缩剂对水泥稳定再生基层性能的影响研究

将城市拆迁产生的旧混凝土作为再生骨料,按照0、20%、40%、60%的替代率取代天然石料,并将减缩剂以水泥质量的1%、2%、3%分别掺入混合料中制备水泥稳定再生基层混合料.通过击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、极限弯拉试验和干缩试验测试了混合料的性能.结果表明:随着旧混凝土替代率的增加,水泥稳定再生基层混合料各项性能出现不同程度的下降,建议旧混凝土替代率不超过40%;当减缩剂掺量为2%时,水泥稳定再生基层混合料的综合性能最好.
Research on the Effect of Shrinkage Reducing-agent on the Performance of Cement Stabilized Recycled Base
The old concrete produced by urban demolition is used as the recycled aggregate,the natural stone is replaced by the substitution rate of 0,20%,40%and 60%,and the shrinkage reducing-agent is mixed into the mixture with 1%,2%and 3%of the cement quality respectively to prepare the cement stabilized recycled base mixture.The performance of the mixture is tested by the compaction test,unconfined compressive strength test,ultimate flexural tensile test and dry shrinkage test.The results show that:with the increase of the substitution rate of old concrete,the performance of the cement stabilized recycled base mixture declines to varying degrees,and it is suggested that the substitution rate of old concrete should not exceed 40%.When the content of shrinkage reducing agent is 2%,the comprehensive performance of cement stabilized recycled base mixture is the best.
