沥青路面抗滑性能衰减规律及改善措施研究

为提高沥青路面的抗滑性能,分析了磨耗次数对不同沥青路面抗滑性能的影响,构建了沥青路面抗滑性能衰减规律模型,提出采用抗滑雾封层对路面进行预防性养护.结果表明:在磨耗前期,沥青路面BPN下降较快,随着磨耗次数的增加,BPN衰减幅度逐渐降低并趋于稳定;非线性指数抗滑模型可以准确预测BPN随磨耗次数增加的衰减规律;抗滑颗粒类型、掺量、胶结料用量对抗滑雾封层效果影响显著,建议抗滑颗粒选择金刚砂,掺量为0.396kg/m2;胶结料掺量为0.675kg/m2.
Research on the Attenuation Law of Anti-skid Performance of Asphalt Pavement and Improvement Measures
In order to improve the anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement,the influence of abrasion times on the anti-skid performance of different asphalt pavement is analyzed,the attenuation law model of anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement is constructed,and the preventive maintenance of pavement is put forward by using the anti-skid fog sealing layer.The results show that:in the early stage of abrasion,the BPN of asphalt pavement decreases rapidly,and the BPN attenuation amplitude gradually decreases and tends to be stable with the increase of abrasion times.The nonlinear exponential anti-skid model can accurately predict the attenuation law of BPN with the increase of abrasion times.The type of anti-skid particles,the mixing amount and the amount of cementing material have significant effects on the effect of anti-skid fog sealing layer,and it is recommended that the anti-skid particles should be selected with corundum with the mixing amount of 0.396kg/m2 and the amount of cementing material of 0.675kg/m2.
