文章分析不同沥青标号、硅藻土掺量和材料特性对改性沥青性能的影响,探究硅烷偶联剂对硅藻土改性沥青的改善效果.研究发现:适量的硅藻土能够提高沥青的性能并抑制老化,尽管延度受到影响,但仍符合相关规范要求.高比表面积和高SiO2 含量的硅藻土改性剂提升沥青性能效果显著.老化试验显示,硅藻土能够显著抑制沥青老化,单掺效果最佳.总体而言,硅藻土在提升沥青品质、延长路面寿命方面较为适用.
Experimental Research on the Performance of Modified Asphalt of Diatomaceous Earth
The effects of different asphalt grades,mixing amount of diatomaceous earth and material characteristics on the performance of modified asphalt are analyzed,so as to explore the improvement effect of silane coupling agent on the modified asphalt of diatomaceous earth.The research shows that:the right amount of diatomaceous earth can improve the performance of asphalt and inhibit aging,and it still meets the requirements of the relevant specifications although the ductility is affected.Diatomaceous earth modifiers with high specific surface area and high SiO2 content have a significant effect on improving the performance of asphalt.The aging test shows that,diatomaceous earth can significantly inhibit the aging of asphalt,and the single mixing effect is the best.In general,diatomaceous earth is suitable for improving the quality of asphalt and prolonging the life of pavement.
