Research on the Modification Effect of Inorganic Salts on Organic Snow Melting Agents
Sodium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and ethylene glycol are mixed according to the mass ratio of 3∶7,and the cooling rate and change law of freezing point temperature under the influence of ambient temperature are analyzed by comparing with the pure ethylene glycol,so as to provide reference for the application of inorganic salt modification to treat ethylene glycol under different environmental conditions. The results show that, the cooling rate of ethylene glycol after adding sodium chloride is the slowest, and that after adding magnesium chloride is the fastest. The addition of calcium chloride has the best effect on reducing the freezing point of ethylene glycol, while the addition of magnesium chloride has the worst effect on reducing the freezing point of ethylene glycol.
