我国社会网络中强关系对大学生就业的正负效应及对策

摘要
随着我国就业形势日益严峻,大学生作为新增就业群体在就业和择业过程中对社会网络中强关系的依赖凸显。强关系对大学生就业产生明显的效应,既具有内部正效应,也具有外部负效应。为克服强关系的局限性,需要通过建立完善的劳动力市场、健全公平就业的政策制度、加强就业市场中的信用管理和提高大学生的综合就业能力等措施,构建起现代社会新型的社会网络关系,以促进大学生充分就业。
Abstract
As China＇s increasingly serious employment situation,university students as a new employment group highlight the dependence of strong ties in social network in the process of employment and careers.Strong ties have a significant effect on the employment of university students,which have internal positive effects,but also with external negative effects.To overcome the limitations of strong ties,we need to establish the perfect labor market,complete the policy system of fair employment,strengthen credit management in the job market,and improve the overall employability of university students,through these measures to build the new social networks in modern society,to promote full employment of university students.
