摘要

人才培养和人才流动都是人才竞争中重要的组成部分。目前,随着经济全球化和知识经济的发展,全球人才培养与人才流动正在发生着深刻的变化。世界主要人才大国在人才培养和人才流动上体现出了以下四个特点:一是对培养人才的重要性的认识越来越清晰和深化;二是人才培养与社会需求的结合越来越紧密;三是人才培养的国际化程度越来越高;四是人才的国际流动从一极趋向多极。

Abstract

Training and flow of talent are important parts of the competition of talent.With the development of the economic globalization and knowledge economy,global training and flow of talent is undergoing profound changes.There are four characteristics in personnel training and the flow of talent in the world's leading powers,which are the awareness of the importance of training personnel has become increasingly clear and deepen,personnel training and social needs are increasingly closer,personnel training has becoming more and more cosmopolitan,and the international flow of talent is from one pole towards multi-polar.
