欧美创业型大学的异化发展、趋同演变及其意蕴

摘要
欧美创业型大学在发展动因、表现特征方面差异明显。欧洲创业型大学主要表现在组织转型和人才培养方面,在克拉克的案例研究中得到全面反映;美国创业型大学主要体现在产学合作、技术转移、企业孵化的市场创新角色,是埃兹科维茨三螺旋创新理论的分析对象。中国创业型大学建设需要兼取二者之长,同时关注创新型人才培养和市场化生存。
Abstract
There are some significant differences between European and America Entrepreneurial Universities in the motives and characteristics.European Entrepreneurial Universities mainly focus on the organizational transformation and personnel training,which is fully reflected in the case studies of Clark;America Entrepreneurial Universities are mainly embodied in the market innovation role of industry-university cooperation,technology transfer and enterprise incubation,which is the analyzing objects of triple helix innovation theory of Etzkowitz.We should take the both strengths and focus on the innovative talent training and marketing survival at the same time in creating Chinese Entrepreneurial Universities.
