摘要

高校软环境评估工作具有历史和现实意义,但是软环境的评估研究比较缺乏。以学生为中心,通过测评学生感知来对高校软环境进行指数化评估具有可行性。在高校软环境的研究初期,可通过开放式的专家调查法,提出针对公办普通高等本科学院的高校软环境评价的李克特调查量表,并运用配额抽样和封闭式调查问卷执行该量表,采用权重具有可继承性的主观赋权法给出量表的权重。在对具体高校的软环境进行测评时,应当采纳分层等比例抽样方法对本科三年级全日制学生进行问卷调查,并依据高校软环境评价的指数计算公式给出评估结果。

Abstract

Evaluation about higher education soft environment is of historical and practical significance.However,the correlative research is limited.Evaluation based on student perception is a feasible approach.According to open-ended specialist's interview,the Likert Scale focused on public undergraduate higher-educational school is advanced firstly.Then,by quota sampling,closed-ended questionnaire investigation and inheritable subjective weighting approach,the survey data is converted into scale weight.After that,the evaluation index system of high education soft environment is constructed basically.Meantime,two suggestions are proposed that only the undergraduate junior should be interviewed and the proportionate stratified sample approach should be used when evaluating any school.
