现代大学教师管理制度:目标与建构策略

摘要
现代大学教师管理制度是与传统以"人事"管理为中心的教师管理制度相对应的一个概念,具有特定的内涵,其核心目标是解放教师的学术生产力,最大限度地激励教师追求真理、潜心向学、创新知识、培养高素质人才。我国现行的大学教师管理制度有两个基本特征:一是政府与大学的双重控制,二是管理制度缺位。在建设现代大学教师管理制度的过程中,把教师作为学术人来进行管理符合学术发展内在规律,体现出大学教师人格独立、学术自由、平等协商的现代大学管理精神。
Abstract
Contemporary management system of college teacher is a concept which is opposed to the traditional management system oriented in personnel management.Its key target is to liberate teachers' academic productivity,to inspire teachers to pursue truth,to study diligently with a quiet mind,to innovate knowledge and cultivate high-quality talents to their maximum.The current college teacher management system in China is characterized with two traits: one is that it's controlled by both government and college,the other is the absence of management system.Accordingly certain gap exists between the current manage system and the idea one.In the process of building contemporary management system of college,managing teachers as academic man should be in accordance with the laws within academic development,reflecting the spirit of contemporary college management——college teachers' independent personality,academic freedom,equality of negotiation.
