高校管理制度合法性危机现象探析

摘要
高校管理制度中存在着合法性危机,其具体表现有：高校凝聚力低,＂离散现象＂普遍存在;教学对高校和教师来说,只是一种＂谋生手段＂,而不是一种＂生存方式＂;高校内个体＂原子化＂。合法性危机的起点就在于一些制度的程序不合法,高校内的正式制度表达与制度实践相背离加剧了制度的合法性危机,社会转型过程中,高校管理的＂合法性资源＂日益稀缺,管理理念相对滞后。
Abstract
There exists the legitimacy crisis in Higher Education Management System,including：institutions of higher education have lower cohesion,＂discrete＂phenomenon exists generally;teaching becomes a＂means of livelihood＂for teachers in Colleges,rather than a＂survival mode＂;individual atomization becomes more serious in colleges and universities.The starting point of legitimacy crisis lies in some illegal procedures in system,the contradiction between the formal institutional expression and practices enhances the level of legitimacy crisis,in the process of social transformation,the＂legitimacy resources＂of higher education management became increasingly scarce,the management ideas lag behind relatively.
