miRNA与细胞焦亡研究的文献计量学分析

目的:通过文献计量学方法对miRNA与细胞焦亡研究的相关研究现况、研究热点及前沿进行全面概述.方法:在web of science核心集中检索截止2023年12月miRNA与细胞焦亡研究相关的文献.VOSview-ers和R包"bibliometrix"用于文献计量分析.结果:共计纳入330篇文献,相关研究在2020年迈入快速发展阶段.中国发文数量最多,但国家间合作较少.发文量前10位的机构均属中国.关键词共现分析中,"氧化应激""炎症激活、表达"和"入侵、迁移、增殖"等是2020年以前的关键词;"外泌体""神经炎症""生物学"是近年来新兴研究热点的主要关键词.结论:MiRNA和细胞焦亡领域主要以基础研究为主,中国研究发表最多,欧美国家和其他国家也有开展.MiRNA和细胞焦亡、自噬、凋亡多种程序性细胞死亡方式之间可能存在串扰,外泌体、神经炎症是目前主要的研究热点.
Bibliometric analysis of miRNA and pyroptosis studies
Objective:To provide a comprehensive overview of the research direction,research hotspot and fron-tiers of miRNA and pyroptosis by bibliometrics.Methods:The web of science Core searched for miRNA and pyroptosis related publications up to December 2023.VOSviewers and the R package"bibliometrix"are used for bibliometric analy-sis.Results:A total of 330 were eventually included after limiting condition.Relevant research entered a stage of rapid development in 2020.China published the most articles,but less cooperation between countries.All of the top 10 organi-zations are Chinese.In keyword clustering,"oxidative stress","inflammatory activation and expression","invasion,migration and proliferation"are the key words before 2020;"Exosomes","neuroinflammation"and"biology"are the main keywords of emerging research hotspots in recent years.Conclusion:Research in the field of miRNA and pyropto-sis is mainly based on basic research,with the most research in China,Europe,the United States and other countries.There may be crosstalk between MiRNA and various programmed cell death modes such as pyroptosis,autophagy and apoptosis.Exosomes and neuroinflammation are the main research focuses at present.
