The Study on the Influencing Factors of the Effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation after Cardiac Arrest
Objective:To study the influencing factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)treatment effective-ness after cardiac arrest(CA),improve the success rate of CPR treatment, and facilitate the management and predic-tion of results for patients with cardiac arrest. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 72 patients undergo-ing cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University in Guizhou Province from January 2022 to November 2022,including gender, age, duration of CPRand other factors. The patients were divided in-to ROSC group and non ROSC group, with ROSC as the final outcome; The patients were divided into a Surviving Dis-charge group and a Non Surviving Discharge group, with survival discharge as the final outcome,Perform single factor and multiple factor logistic regression analysis on the above groups. Results:After CPR treatment,21 patients with ROSC,of which 19 survived and were discharged.Single factor logistic regression analysis showed that short duration of CPR and low cumulative dose of epinephrine were possible factors that promoted patient ROSC and survival discharge.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that younger age and lower cumulative dose of epinephrine were possible protective factors for ROSC;Low cumulative dose of epinephrine is a possible protective factor for patient survival and discharge. Conclusion:Low cumulative dose of epinephrine during CPR is a possible influencing factor for ROSC and survival discharge, while younger patient age is a possible influencing factor for ROSC.
