Analysis of influencing factors for spontaneous circulation recovery and survival after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)and sur-vival in cardiac arrest(CA)patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and to explore measures for improving CPR quality.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of non traumatic CA patients in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 after CPR.All ROSC patients were followed up for one year, and were divided into ROSC group and non ROSC group according to the outcome, survival discharge group and death group. Results:There were a total of 131 CA patients with CPR,including 57 ROSC patients and 15 long-term survivors without severe sequelae.Within 5 minutes after CA,administering CPR,opening the venous chan-nel before hospitalization, and using adrenaline can increase the ROSC ratio by 3.2(95%CI,1.5-7.0)and 2.5(95%CI,1.2-5.6)times,respectively.However,as age increases, the ROSC ratio decreases.Starting CPR to ROSC within 15 minutes can improve the long-term survival rate of CA patients by 7.3(95%CI,1.6-32.6)times.Conclusion:Rapid identification of CA,early initiation of CPR,and intravenous administration of adrenaline may promote ROSC.Improv-ing the quality of CPR may be still an important means of improving the quality of life of CA patients.
