红外线微波理疗联合乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的:探究在急性胰腺炎患者中使用红外线微波理疗联合乌司他丁治疗产生的效果.方法:选取2021年3月-2023年3月在宁化县总医院重症医学科治疗的110例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,两组各55例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取红外线微波理疗联合乌司他丁治疗,干预2周,比较两组患者的免疫功能(免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG)、炎症因子(白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子、超敏C-反应蛋白)、黏膜屏障功能(D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶)情况.结果:观察组的免疫功能指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的炎症因子、黏膜屏障功能水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:红外线微波理疗联合乌司他丁治疗可以降低炎症因子和黏膜屏障功能水平,提高免疫功能指标,有利于患者的恢复,故可以将其应用于临床中.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects infrared microwave combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis patients.Methods:110 patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in the Intensive Care Depart-ment of Ninghua County General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine treatment,while the observation group received infrared microwave combined with ulinastatin treatment on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 2 weeks.The immune function(immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,IgG),inflammatory factors(interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,hypersensitive C-reactive protein),mucosal barrier function(D-lactate,diamine oxidase),and clinical efficacy were comparedbetween two groups.The immune function in-dicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflam-matory factors and mucosal barrier function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of infrared microwave and ulinastatin can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and mucosal barrier function,improve immune function indicators and clinical efficacy,and is beneficial for patient recov-ery.Therefore,it can be applied in clinical practice.
