超声心动图诊断左心室血栓的特点分析

摘要
目的:左心室血栓是心血管系统疾病的严重并发症,及时发现左心室血栓对降低其风险和改善预后尤为重要.本研究探讨并分析超声心动图诊断左心室血栓的特点,为临床诊治提供依据.方法:回顾性分析2020年4月-2023年5月于我院经超声心动图诊断为左心室血栓的患者的临床资料.结果:本研究结果显示,30例左心室血栓患者中心肌梗死26例,急性暴发性心肌炎2例,扩张型心肌病1例,肝癌1例.29例患者左室射血分数降低,27例血栓位于左室心尖部,23例为扁平状血栓.结论:左心室血栓好发于各种原因导致的左室收缩功能降低等人群中,且多位于心尖部、以扁平状多见.经胸超声心动图目前仍是临床上诊断左心室血栓的最常用且首选检查手段.
Abstract
Objective:Left ventricular thrombosis is a serious complication of cardiovascular system disease.Time-ly detection of left ventricular thrombosis is particularly important to reduce the risk and improve the prognosis.This study discussed and analyzed the characteristics of echocardiography in diagnosis of left ventricular thrombus,and pro-vided the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of patients diagnosed with left ventricu-lar thrombosis by echocardiography in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 30 cases of left ventricular thrombosis,26 cases of myocardial infarction,2 cases of acute fulminant myocar-ditis,1 case of dilated cardiomyopathy,and 1 case of liver cancer.Left ventricular ejection fraction decreased in 29 pa-tients,thrombus located at the apex of left ventricular in 27 cases,and flat thrombus in 23 cases.Conclusion:Left ven-tricular thrombus is most likely to occur in people with reduced left ventricular systolic function caused by various rea-sons,and most of them are located in the apex of the heart and are mostly flat.Transthoracic echocardiography is still the most commonly used and preferred method for diagnosing left ventricular thrombus.
