摘要
目的:总结宏基因组第二代测序技术(mNGS)诊断狂犬病临床应用价值.方法:回顾性分析广东省东莞市横沥医院1例和文献报告3例狂犬病诊疗资料.结果:4例患者唾液或脑脊液标本的mNGS检测狂犬病毒结果均为阳性,其中3例患者同时进行了狂犬病毒PCR检测亦为阳性.结论:唾液和脑脊液标本行mNGS检测为临床确诊狂犬病提供依据.
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical application of metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)in the diagnosis of rabies.Methods:The diagnosis and treatmentdataof1caseof rabies in our hospital and 3 cases of litera-ture searchwere retrospectively.Results:4 patients were tested positive for rabies virus by mNGS.3 patients were tested positive by PCR at the same time,providing a basis for clinical diagnosis of rabies.Conclusion:Itprovedaclinicaldiag-nosticbasisofrabiesdetected samplesofsalivary and cerebrospinal fluid by mNGS.
