Analysis of Cervical Conization Characteristics And Prognostic Factors In CIN Patients
Objective:To analyze the factors related to cervical conization characteristics, postoperative lesion re-siduals,and HPV clearance in patients with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN).Methods:A bicentric retrospec-tive study was conducted, analyzing the basic information,HPV status, cervical conization surgery characteristics, and postoperative outcomes of 507 CIN patients. Results:The mean age of the patients was 41.69±9.35 years, with LEEP be-ing the primary surgery(86.59%).The postoperative lesion residual rate was 7.89%.Multivariate logistic regression anal-ysis revealed significant associations between lesion residuals and factors such as age, menopausal, preoperative tissue biopsy, cone depth, margins, gland involvement, and preoperative multiple HPV infections(P<0.05).Similarly,cone height, gland involvement, preoperative multiple HPV and high-risk HPV were significantly related to HPV clearance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Factors like gland involvement and preoperative multiple HPV infections are associated with the residuals of lesions post-cervical conization surgery and HPV clearance in CIN patients, providing valuable insights in developing personalized treatment plans.
